If the recesses of the die fill up with sludge,which is very common occurrence in a factory like the Mint,this sludge will prevent letters or numbers from forming during the strike.
This would have approximate retail value of between RM5.00 to RM 20.00 to an interested error collector,depending on the date,denomination and condition of the error coin.

I was just back from my working trip in JB,a Brockage Errors,Off-Center Errors,Wrong Planchet Errors in small denominations,recent years under UNC condition will cost you RM250.00 to RM350.00 per piece.In KL you may get it at RM150.00 to RM180 per piece.
