A coin after having been struck or already struck once normally,in collar,but did not eject properly, that found its way back into the coin press and receiving a second or multiple strikes off center out side collar.Both can be off-center as well.

    Hi Whycollect,happy Sunday & holiday.I took a normal 2006 & a 2007 20 cents, to make a comparision,just couldn't certain which year it belongs!
