Double Struck Off-Center Error coin is a coin that was struck more than once.
Double Struck Off-Center Error coins were have full reeded edge. First strikes,it was struck as a perfect coin with full details,including full reeded edge.

Because it was not ejected properly after having been struck and falls partially inside the collar again, it was struck the second time at Off-Center position, this is how we get the Double Struck Off-Center Error coins.
Whereas most of the Off-Center Strikes Error coins are without reeded edge.

    Noticed quite a number of errors coins dated 2005.

    Yes,I also noticed.Espacially for year 2007.I guessed our Mint was more "relax" during this period!From year 2008 till now,seldom see any more Malaysia major die errors!
