Recently, I found a Singapore first series 50 cents coin dated 1968 in UNC condition with a "Dot" displayed just below the "50 CENTS" on the reverse.
Although this "Dot" is smaller then our Malaysia Parliament 50 Cents 1979's "Dot", but it is clearly exhibited. This is a Die Gouge Errors.

Die gouges (or dents) are common on coins and like finding angels in the clouds, you will find them where you want if you look long enough.
