A double tail fighting cock facing left standing on a pediment which is incusely inscribed "C.R.READ". Legend in Jawi "Tanah Melayu Satu Keping 1250 AH" (The Land of the Malays One Keping 1250 AH=1834/35)
Reverse:
A star of 16 points.Legend in Bugi script "Wanoewa tana Oegi,Sedi Keping 1250 AH" (Land of Oegi or Boeginezan, one keping 1250 AH= 1834/35).
Plain edge,weight:2.3gm and with diameter =21mm.
Composition: Copper. Minted by Soho Mint in Birmingham .U.K.
