More Post Mint Job (PMJ) Error Coins Are In The Market.(1)
On 28-5-2012, I posted an article about a counterfeit 1982 5 cents coin with extra "Dot"on Parliament House. It was formed by a punch on the Parliament House, around the 'Dot' is an incused circle.
On 12-6-2013,I wrote another article about another piece of Post Mint Job (PMJ) 1982 5 cents coin with extra "Dot"on Parliament House coin. It was a 1982 5 cents coin with a welded "Dot" on the Parliament building .
This is yet another piece of 1982 Parliament series 5 Cents PMJ error coin with a punched incused circle on the star. Those unscrupulous caveat emptors are trying to convince error coins collectors that it is a "Dot" on the star.
I did a cross checking by inspecting the reverse position of the punched on the coin, it was very obvious that you can see a sign of damaged field of the "countermark". So please be more careful and vigilant when you buy an error coin.
