Patani-Kelantan Gold Kupang SS46A With "Shah" Variety.

In my recent collection of Malay States of Sultanate coinage, I collected a rare piece of Patani-Kelantan Gold Kupang listed as SS46A and rated as RRRR in the Master Saran Singh book "The Encyclopaedia of THE COINS OF MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE AND BRUNEI 1400-1967" but on the obverse & reverse of this Gold Kupang, that is an extra "Shah" in Arabic inscription.
On the obverse of a normal SS46A Patani-Kelantan Gold Kupang in Arabic inscription is " Sultan Muhammad " and on the reverse is " Isma Ibni Adil ".
But in my recent collection, this SS46A Patani-Kelantan Gold Kupang in Arabic inscription is " Sultan Muhammad Shah " on the obverse and on the reverse is " Isma Ibni Adil Shah ".
