Collectors Auction House,Singapore 28-07-2012 Highlights !
I was just arrived at Subang Jaya home from attending Singapore's inaugural auction of Collectors Auction House. It was held on 28-07-2012,Saturday at Queen's room of Hotel Royal @ Queens at No.12, Queen Street, Singapore.
This inaugural auction of Collectors Auction House was a very successful auction and big event, encompassing three days, public viewing on 26th and 27th July 2012 and auction on 28th July 2012.
On 28 July 2012,Saturday at 10.00am, Collectors Auction House welcomed bidders seeking rare and high in quality banknotes for their collection. In the afternoon session ,more then 100 collectors and numismatic enthusiasts gather at Hotel Royal @ Queens , Queens Room at 1.00pm to bid on gold and silver ancient, modern and struck coins.
While there were many friendly contest bidding among the collectors, the reverting bid was a Straits Settlements 1908H, 50 cents silver with NGC MS62 grade, estimate price was SD220 but was realized at SD1200. A rare and scarce Transitional Errors, Malaysia 1976 1 Sen graded by NGC-MS63 RB-Red Brown copper coin was sold for SD1500.
