IN MEMORIAM BINKY CHAN B.K.




On 23rd January,2013 I lost a dear friend, Binky Chan B.K. who has departed. Members of  Malaysia Numismatic Society (MNS)will be sadden to hear his death.


Binky Chan was actively involved in MNS society since early 1970's. He became professional numismatist by only collecting uncirculated to brilliant uncirculated items. To my knowledge, he was the committee member of MNS since 1974, a MNS Organising  Committee Member for the Coin Convention at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton on 3rd October 1976. He also involved in one of the early MNS Auction held in Ipoh at the Station Hotel,Ipoh, Perak.
