A piece of  Malaysia 1988 20 Cents coin was struck on a 10 Cents coin copper-nickel planchet weight at 2.82gm. An original 20 Cents coin's weight is at 5.65gmThis is a Wrong Planchet Stock errors.

This is possible when a 10 cents coin's planchet was mixed with 20 cents coins' planchets  during the minting process. Because the diameter of a 10 cents coin is smaller than a 20 cents planchet, it can be fed by the 20 cents coin feeder into the coining press.Hence, a 10 cents' planchet will be struck with a 20 cents die and formed a Wrong Planchet Stock Errors.
