These "high end" counterfeit gold and silver coins are very much better in terms of quality. There are in very fine finishing and with sharp details. The original piece of these "high end" counterfeit gold and silver coins were put in the Stack's & Bowers August 2013 Hong Kong Auction.
The Hsu Shih Chang Pavillion Dollar Struck in Gold was listed with a reserve price of US$20,000 to US$30,000.

A piece of Silver Yuan Shih-kai as Hung Hsien with a Flying Dragon on the reverse was listed with a reserve price of US$10,000 to US15,000.

Almost daily, I received calls and visitors came to my shop The Dickson Niew Collection at Subang Jaya showing me varieties of China made counterfeits silver coins. Many claimed that they inherited from their "Gong-Gong" (Grandfather) many-many years ago, so it has to be genuine.................
