On 26–28 Jul 2005, an "Old Malay Kingdom Stone Casting Mould for Tin Pitis Keping dated 18th Century and was rated RRRR" in Noble Numismatics Pty Ltd Auction at Hotel InterContinental Sydney, Lot 2073: MALAYASIA, Trengganu, stone casting mould for tin pitis or keping, 185x110x19mm, (SS.-). Very fine and extremely rare. It was estimated with reserve price of A$800. However it was realized and sold for A$220.
On 16 April 2005, a fraction of the Terengganu Stone mould for casting tin Pitis was listed as Lot: 369 in Singapore Coin & Banknote Auction and it was realized at SG$420.
This fraction of the Terengganu Stone mould for casting tin Pitis that was listed as Lot: 369 in Singapore Coin & Banknote Auction on 16 April 2005 and it was realized at SG$420. After decade long, it will make it's appearance once again in the next upcoming the Collectible Auction Asia No.6/2015 on 3rd October 2015 in Singapore.
