COUNTDOWN TO MNS AUCTION NO.165- 3 DAYS (27-9-2015)

MNS Auction No.165 (K.L) On 27th September 2015
Countdown 3 Days.

This is just a gentle reminder to all members of Malaysia Numismatic Society (MNS).
The Malaysia Numismatic Society's 165th Auction organized by the society will be held on Sunday, 27th Setember 2015 commencing at 10.00am.
Vanue: Muzium Negara, Jalan Petalawati, 50480, Kuala Lumpur.

Members of public are also welcome to visit us as there will be Bourse tables selling coins, banknotes and all sorts of coin and banknotes accessories, these are open to non society members.

Kindly note that members are required to register their names before the auction. A bid number will be allotted to those who have registered and they are required to use this number for bidding. At the end of the auction, invoices will be issued to successful bidders and payment has to be made to the Treasurer before taking possession of the items.

Members are requested to bring along the Auction List for ease of reference as only the lot number and the reserve price will be announced once the auction gets under way.

All items listed are genuine and authenticated to the best of the committee's ability. Prices realised will be published on the next auction list.

This brand new Saran Singh book "The Encyclopaedia of the Coins of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei 1400 - 1967" is a collection of Malaysia Numismatic Society's Library. It has a special chop mark of "Complementary Copy" printed on the second page. To my knowledge, there are only two copies of Mr. Saran Singh's book with such chop mark.

This book was put on auction for society Building Fund raising. We intend to have raise enough of fund to buy our own building. I personally feel thankful to the successful winner for his support. We welcome members to contribute their effort to make this dream become reality.
