Hi Dickson,
ReplyDeleteYes, the Pictorial guide book to grading which is with us shows the earliest photograph of Mr. Saran like the one shown here.
The only difference is that the blank and white photo here shows Mr. Saran looking to the left while the one in the book shows he is looking to the right.
It will be great if we could get all his book listed here.
Thank you so much, Dickson :)
Hi Mr.Dickson,
Terima kasih banyak-banyak Mr.Niew
Dear whycollect,
ReplyDeleteHe left only a few copies intended for his children and grad children.
Couple of his books are no more in circulation, you need to get them from other collectors if you are lucky!
Dear depankanta,
Syabas!
Hi Dickson.
ReplyDeleteSend our thanks to Saran Singh for sharing his story. I had been the fan of his writing since I start blogging in 2008. Wish all his book will be republish by MNS in the near future. Its hard to find publication about Malaysia Numismatic compare to other country.
When you told me that you want to write a blog, I feel glad that a sifu like you will add something for us to read. Wish you too will write your own book one day. Especially about Malaysia error coins, not everyone have the knowledge like yours.
Keep on writing.
Dear Lunaticg,
ReplyDeleteI had conveyed your thanks and others to Mr.Saran Singh when we met today at Amcorp Mall. He promised to give me more numismatic articles written by him so that I can post them on my Blog to be shared by us.
You are the one who inspired me to write Blog!
Thank you very much and needed your guidance to better my Blog!
