Here is something I found and inherited from a Pos Office officer recently. It appears to be a Malaysia Parliament series 1973 10 Cents triple clipped error.Many thanks to her-TA.

With clipped-planchet errors, size matters and so does the number of clips. On average, a Malaysia coin with a single clip is rated RRR. It would also be graded with RRR on a double clip coin, and RRRR on a coin with triple clip. A coin with particularly dramatic clips, or with more than three clips, could be rated Unique and worth even more. Conversely, a coin with relatively small clips could be rated only RR and worth substantially less.
