1981-10 CENTS, 20 CENTS DOUBLE STRIKE ERRORS

Malaysia Parliament House Series 1981 10 Cents And 20 Cents With Double Strike Errors.
Rarity:RRR
The Double Struck coin results from a simple malfunctioning of the ejector system of a coin press, in consequence of which the coin is left in the collar to receive a second strike. If the position of the planchet is not disturb, the second strike is imposed directly upon the first, and is not detecable. Should the planchet rotate between strikes, it receives two separate and distinct impressions. As with off-center errors, the value of a double struck coin is directly related to the degree of the variation.
Double Struck occured at the position of 2 to 3 o'clock obverse. It is a 95% Off-Center Struck errors when it received a second strike.
On the reverse, the Double Struck occured at the position of 9 to 10 o'clock.
Both 1981 10 Cents and 20 Cents Double Strike Errors were having an almost same struck position.
First strikes, it was struck as a perfect coin with full details, including full reeded edge. Because it was not ejected properly after having been struck and falls partially inside the collar again, it was struck the second time at Off-Center position, this is how we get the Off-Center Double Struck Error coins.
On the 1981 10 cents coin, the Double Struck occured at the position of 12 to 2 o'clock obverse. It is also a 95% Off-Center Struck errors when it received a second strike.
On the reverse, the Double Struck occured at the position of 10 to 12 o'clock.
