Today we had  also concluded our 30th Biennial meeting at Museum Negara, Kuala Lumpur.
The current MNS President, Mr.Thenakaran Nadarajah had announced the new Committee of Management of the Malaysia Numismatic Society for the years 2014/2015.
Position of the new President, new First Vice President, new Second Vice President, new Honorary Secretary and the new Honorary Treasurer were uncontested. Here are the new line up:

MNS The Committee of Management of the Malaysia Numismatic Society for the years of 2014/2015: 
President: Mr.Thenakaran Nadarajah.
First Vice President: Mr.Lawrence De Souza.
Second Vice President: Dato' Sharuddin bin Yusof DIMP, AMP 
The Honorary Secretary: Dickson Niew Cheng Kok.
The Honorary Treasurer: Mr.Tok Hong Kian.
However there were 7 members contesting for  the 5 positions of the MNS new committee members.
These were elected by members today:
Five Committee Members:
1.Mr Tan Tai Seng
2. Mr.Cho Chun Loong
3. Mr.William Phang Kar Feei
4. Dr. Kong Wei Yen
5. Hj Mohd Rani bin Abdullah

Mr.Dary Tan Teong Seong and Mr.K.K.Ng were appointed as new auditor and Mr.James Lye and President Mr.Thenakaran Nadarajah were elected as the new trustee of the society for the years of 2014/2015.
