I have several special coins for you to look at. The second is this 20 cents coin:

| Milling Mark or Reeding Mark. |
This unique mark was found north of the star in a 1982,20 cents parliament coin. (I have a few coins of various denomination having this type of marks at different locations.)
What mark is this and what could have caused it?
