Rare Gold Coin Issued In Patani-Kelantan Circa. 16th-18 Century.

Between the 17th Century and the 18th Century, a number of gold kupang coins were issued in Kelantan-Patani. As none of these gold kupang are dated, it is difficult to ascertain their actual period of issue.
This is a rare Patani-Kelantan Gold Kupang issued in Arabic inscription on both sides.
Obverse: In Arabic "Malik Al Adil" (The Just Ruler)
Reverse:In Arabic "Iqamu'ddin" (Abode of the Faith)
Edge: Plain.
