An iconic Malaysian brand, Royal Selangor is the best-known pewter brand worldwide, renowned for its fine craftsmanship and innovative designs. Working with a talented team of in-house designers are international talents such as Danish designer Erik Magnussen, British designer Nick Munro and Australian design team Zuii, who have taken pewter to a new level their subtle yet edgy designs.

With a workforce of close to 300 craftspeople, the pewter factory based in Setapak, just 20 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, is now part of an award-winning Royal Selangor Visitor Centre that attracts over 20,000 visitors every month from all over the world.

Formerly known as Selangor Pewter, the company received a royal warrant from the Sultan of Selangor in 1979 and changed its name in 1992.
